- We do not allow refunds due to impatience or in the event of unforeseen circumstances Change of Mind/ However we do try our Best to deliver your Product ASAP.
- If you receive a custom/made to order item from us that is incorrect you may contact our support team with your order number in the subject line and they will be happy to assist you in an exchange for the correct items originally ordered.
- Order cancellations received 24 hours after payment of deposit/invoice will incur a 20% processing fee.
- Change of mind on purchased items is an option prior to dispatch only. 48 hours’ notice is required to avoid our standard 20% restocking fee.
- Once deposit/invoice has been paid, custom orders cannot be cancelled without forfeiting full payment.
Stock Availability
Stock availability may be affected by supplier delays. As such we cannot guarantee availability at all times. You acknowledge and agree that, from time to time, certain Goods may be out of stock or unavailable. JS STYLE Furniture reserves the right to withdraw or suspend from sale any Goods displayed in any Publication, either temporarily or permanently, at any time without notice to you. We may also cancel an Order at any time before delivery where (without limitation):
- Our suppliers are unable to supply the Goods under an order we have given them; any event beyond our control means that we are unable to supply the Goods within a reasonable time
- Goods were misdescribed (such as price, functionality, or incorrect image), which was not identified before we accepted your Order; or
- You ask us to cancel your Order if you are entitled to do so under Above Terms & Conditions.
Warranty Policy
(“Warranty Period”) for normal use and service. However some Goods come with an extended Manufacturer’s warranty longer than our standard Warranty Period. We will provide you with the details of any extended warranty separately if customer agreed to pay extra for extend warranty we will explain separately.
Unfortunately, the JS Style Furniture Guarantee does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear, including pilling, fading, loss or deterioration (of the whole product or its components) but any types of misuse not coverd.
- Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, negligence, treatment, transportation, storage of the products or otherwise caused by your acts and / or omissions not coverd under warranty
- Damaged caused through any modifications, alterations, improper assembly, tampering or products used in an abnormal manner and not for the products intended purposes
- This warranty does not apply to Goods purchased as clearance and/or sale items with pre-existing defects.
- Damage caused by exposing the products to the sun, extreme heat or cold, or chemicals / agents that are known to damage the finish of the product
- All Goods claimed under this Warranty must be returned to their original purchase location. We will inspect the Goods claimed by you to be defective to determine its condition and our liability under this Warranty.
- Defects in products that are sold “As Is” which were brought to your attention on purchase
- This Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under a law in relation to the Goods to which this Warranty relates. Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Delivery & Pickup Procedure
DELIVERY
Once the delivery is scheduled, the Goods will be held at our store for 7 days after which period the Goods will be returned to our distribution warehouse. you receive a confirmation call from our store where we provide you the time frame accordingly. We recommend measuring the place’s area where the furniture items need to be delivered to avoid any issues at the time of delivery.
On the day of delivery, you will receive a phone call. You can contact the store during store hours at 0415 561 113 if you have any delivery-related concerns.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & Store Credit terms & conditions apply. Please check carefully when the product is delivered. we are not responsible for any damage after delivery. Because of your misuse, the product got damaged, we are not responsible with that also this is not cover under 12 months warranty . all claims will be made within 24hours. ‘No change-of-mind refunds on sale items. ‘No refunds after seven days. Exchanges and Store Credits apply. we do not offer refunds on Sales, Floor Stock, or discounted items.
